Gluten Free Crust

What would Thanksgiving be without the pies? All that yummy, gooey, flaky goodness...unless your wheat free, then you just watch in agony as everyone else enjoys.
NOT
Try this crust recipe on for size and you'll discover all pies were meant to be!!!

Gluten Free Pie Crust
Ingredients:
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Using a pastry blender cut butter into flour mixture. Because no gluten is involved there is no need to worry about over processing! Add egg and just enough cold water (1-3 Tablespoons) to shape dough into a ball. Roll out dough between sheets of wax paper or the inside of a grocery bag. Place dough in pan and add filling. Bake as directed.
This recipe is the adapted version that I use from the King Arthur Flour website.
